In my Turning Strengths into a Career post, I wrote about how I became a project manager, but I didn’t mention how I ran my own web and then app development business between 2019 and 2023. While working at the startup incubator, I kept getting suggestions from various sources that it would be worth learning […]
Get to know me!
I quickly discovered that my greatest strength lies in my organizational skills and my ability to identify problems that others may not even detect. This ability led me to project and operational management, where over the past 10 years, I have faced a wide range of challenges and successfully completed numerous projects.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve gained experience in various fields, including IT projects, where I worked on the implementation and development of complex systems. I participated in the planning, execution, and accounting of large-scale grant projects, gaining deep knowledge in budget management, operational management, and administrative processes. Additionally, I regularly organized events ranging from small workshops to large-scale galas, always paying attention to the smallest details to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.
Moreover, I have worked with several startups and micro-businesses, helping them through their launch and early growth phases. I often assisted them in negotiations with investors, managing investment accounting, and providing virtual assistance to support their operations. These projects were particularly inspiring, as I had the opportunity to contribute to the realization of innovative ideas and directly support the success of these businesses.
I’m a precise, punctual, yet flexible person, and I believe this is why the projects I’ve managed have always been completed on time and within budget. I strongly believe that communication is key to successful teamwork and client relationships, which is why I place great emphasis on clear and effective communication.
I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can leverage my experience and skills to bring exciting projects to life together.

Agile in Theory, Practice, and Reality
Even though I have been working in project management for over 10 years, I first heard about agile methodology in 2017 when I started participating in more IT projects. Initially, it seemed like a trendy new term to me. I thought that instead of teaching various methodologies, it was more important to understand the needs […]
