In my Turning Strengths into a Career post, I wrote about how I became a project manager, but I didn’t mention how I ran my own web and then app development business between 2019 and 2023. While working at the startup incubator, I kept getting suggestions from various sources that it would be worth learning […]
Get to know me!
I soon realized that my greatest strength lies in my organizational skills and my ability to identify problems that others may overlook. This aptitude naturally guided me towards project management, where over the last 10 years, I have faced numerous challenges and successfully completed many projects.
Throughout my professional journey, I have gained experience in various areas, including IT projects where I was involved in the introduction and development of complex systems. I participated in the planning, implementation, and accounting of large-scale tender projects, which provided me with in-depth knowledge of budget management and administrative processes. Additionally, I have regularly organized events ranging from small workshops to large galas with hundreds of attendees, always paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.
Moreover, I have collaborated with several startups, assisting them during their initial growth phases. These projects were particularly inspiring, as they allowed me to contribute to implementing innovative ideas and directly support the success of emerging businesses.
I am a precise, punctual, yet flexible person, and I think this is why the projects I manage are always completed on time and within budget. I believe that communication is key to the success of teamwork and client relationships, so I always place a high emphasis on clear and effective communication.
I am currently seeking opportunities where I can leverage my experience and skills to bring exciting projects to life together.

Initially, it seemed like a trendy new term to me. I thought that instead of teaching various methodologies, it was more important to understand the needs […]
