Hello, I'm Orsi!

I manage projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.

This Is How I Work

Projectmanagement

After you contact me using one of the methods below, we will meet (online or in person) to discuss exactly what the project is about, where the process currently stands, and what kind of assistance you need from me.

This meeting is free of charge for you; it is an opportunity for you to decide if you really want to work with me, and for me to assess the task at hand. You can be sure that I will only take on your project if I can allocate the appropriate time and expertise to it. If this is not the case, I will let you know, but I will also try to direct you to someone who can give your project the attention it deserves.

After the first meeting, I will create an initial plan, which we will discuss and refine together until we have a “target package” that allows us to start working together. The components of this package vary by project but typically include elements like a project schedule, milestones, deadlines, assignment of responsibilities, a budget plan, etc.

As I mentioned on the homepage, continuous communication is very important to me, so you can be assured that I won’t leave you alone during the project. We will regularly sit down and review the progress of the project, and if there are any roadblocks or issues, we will adjust the plans. The frequency of these meetings will always be tailored to the needs of the specific project—some may require daily status updates, while others may only need a weekly meeting. Thanks to regular communication, you will have continuous opportunities to provide feedback on the workflow, ensuring that we stay aligned.

I believe in agile methodologies, which may already be apparent. I always select the tools and methods necessary for project execution without overloading the process with unnecessary (albeit impressive-sounding) tools.

I do not believe in micromanagement—I think it is rarely an effective method and, in the long run, leads to a loss of motivation. Instead, I strive to lead teams by genuinely understanding what each team member needs to work effectively and appropriately and creating those conditions for them. I believe that if we respect each other’s time and work, everyone will strive to perform their tasks in the best possible way, making constant supervision unnecessary. In my opinion, this only serves to continually interrupt them, which is proven not to aid efficiency.

If all this sounds good to you and you need a problem solver, please contact me using the form below or through any of the provided contact methods.
